Michelle Jagtenberg is a Defense Strategy professional at NLR (Netherlands Aerospace Centre), where she contributes to strategic initiatives in aerospace and defense. She holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering, specializing in Flight Performance & Propulsion, from Delft University of Technology. Michelle brings a strong technical background and analytical skills to her work, focusing on advancing defense capabilities and technologies. As a mentor, she provides valuable guidance to women in STEM, sharing her expertise in aerospace engineering and strategic planning in the defense sector.

Maaike works for Alfa Laval, a Swedish global company with 22.000 employees worldwide. This company is market leader of heat exchangers, where in Breda they design and sell those for the Benelux.

They focus on energy efficiency, and work project wise with industrial plants on reducing CO2 emissions, utilities and water-usage.

Her job contains Business Development and Technical sales in the Netherlands for the Process industry and Cleantech industry. This means working on Carbon Capture solutions, Hydrogen, Pyrolysis oil etc. With the team, Maaike makes the thermal designs and deliver the heat exchangers after optimizing the systems of the plants. Laurie Marsman is a Junior R&D (Research and Development) Engineer at NLR (Netherlands Aerospace Centre), specializing in Human Performance. She focuses on diverse projects involving pilot and air-traffic controller fatigue, single-pilot operations, simulation-related cybersickness, resilience, human performance and safety, and heart-rate variability (HRV). Laurie holds a Master of Science in Safety and Human Factors in Aviation from Cranfield University, where she was a course representative and conducted research on psychophysiological coherence training for pilot well-being and stress coping. As a mentor, Laurie offers expertise in aviation safety, human factors, and performance optimization, providing unique insights into the intersection of human performance and technology.

Annelieze is an Electrical Engineer currently pursuing a part-time Executive MBA at Maastricht University. She started her career in the DUV factory at ASML as a System Performance Engineer after which she became a Team Leader in the same department. She then became a Group Leader at Technical Support in the DUV factory and is currently working in Sourcing and Procurement as a Group Leader for Operational Supply Coordinators and Tactical Buyers. She is responsible for a broad scope of suppliers on an operational level, ensuring material availability along with other internal stakeholders. The vision of her current department is to drive Excellent Operations with an end-to-end Continuous Improvement mindset while delivering optimal Customer Value and unlocking the potential of Our People. She is passionate about the development of the people in her team and believes that making the best decision for the good of ASML and for the development of people in her team are the most important decision-making factors.
